Note that a challenging disk can have 1 to 3 major partitions and 1 extended partition, or it might only have a major partition without extended partitions, but there has to be no less than 1 primary partition, and at most 1 extended partition, and the major partition + extended There is often no much more than 4 partitions in total. There can be several logical partitions.
